HOTKOR^® (“HOTKOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Agrotech Design LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hotkor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our two studio locations, HOTKOR^® (2730 S Dixie Hwy #4, West Palm Beach, FL 33405) and HOTKOR REFORMER^™ (2516 Florida Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401).

We collect information you provide directly to us through this website:

• Contact form (Join Us page): name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us.
• Waiver form (Join Us page): full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and which studio location(s) you plan to visit. This information is used solely to process your liability waiver before your first visit.
• Automatically collected information: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, which most websites collect as a normal part of operating a site.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this website.

2. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. When you first visit the Site, you will see a short notice about this; you can dismiss it, and it will not reappear on that device.

If we integrate our class booking system (Mindbody) directly into this Site in the future, that integration may set its own cookies. We will update this Privacy Policy and our cookie notice if and when that happens.

4. Booking & Payment Through Mindbody

Class scheduling, bookings, and payments are processed through Mindbody, a third-party booking platform, not directly through this website. When you book a class or purchase a package through Mindbody, your information is subject to Mindbody’s own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review separately.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the studio and website (such as our booking platform and payroll or email providers), solely to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HOTKOR^®, our clients, or others.
