These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hotkor.com (the “Site”), operated by Agrotech Design LLC d/b/a HOTKOR® (“HOTKOR,” “we,” “us”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use this Site to learn about our studios, browse classes and pricing, and submit inquiries or waiver forms. You agree to provide accurate information when using any form on this Site and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Class scheduling, bookings, and payments are handled through Mindbody, a third-party platform, and are subject to Mindbody’s own terms. Before your first visit to either studio, you must read and sign our liability waiver. Participation in classes is also subject to the cancellation, late-arrival, and studio policies described in that waiver.
Nothing on this Site, and no instruction provided by HOTKOR® staff, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing condition. See our full waiver for further detail.
HOTKOR® and HOTKOR REFORMER™ are trademarks of Agrotech Design LLC. All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Agrotech Design LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
You agree not to: (a) interfere with the operation or security of this Site; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site; or (d) use the Site to transmit harmful code.
This Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Mindbody and social media platforms such as Instagram. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
This Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agrotech Design LLC and HOTKOR® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site. This limitation does not affect the separate liability terms set out in our liability waiver, which governs in-studio activity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agrotech Design LLC and HOTKOR® from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of this Site or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
